Core holdings in health care type stocks catering to seniors like retirement homes. Check my SA blog for commentary on how the market functions and how to avoid pumped up bubbling stocks. I'm a contrarian, so I'm unpopular a lot of the time.
Not a full time trader, neither an investor. I take positions as i feel and exit when i feel. Have passion in trading but know that the markets everywhere are manipulated in my 15 yrs of trading. Thus I try to stick to my hunch and technical skills.

Buy good stocks when they're hated. Know what you own so you don't sell on fear. Don't chase. Buy in chunks. Take 1/3 profit on every 15% jump. Watch ends of quarters. Be patient, use settled cash. Have an entry/exit plan and follow it.
Trade mostly bio, especially catalysts in fundamentally sound cos. DD the pants off a co. before I decide to invest (or not). Love small-micro cap bios, especially those developing new standards of care (or CURES!) for oncological nightmares.
