How does a Free trial work?

Subscribe to a product with a free trial offer, we will obtain a pre-authorization on your payment account at the time you subscribe to the trial offer but your account will not be charged until the free trial expires. If you cancel within the stated trial period you will never be charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel your subscription, your account will no longer be charged. Your access to the subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. To cancel your subscription, go to: http://stocktwits.com/store/subscriptions.

Do you give refunds?

All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We do not, however, provide refunds. If you cancel a subscription, your access will remain active until the end of the subscription period for which you have paid.

I'm a blog subscribers prior to June 15, 2010 and would like to cancel

To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected]. Once we receive your cancellation request, you will not be charged for future billing cycles. Your access to the specified Paid Service will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.

Free Trials and Subscriptions

If you don't want to continue with the product, just cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Otherwise, you'll be charged for the subscription.
