I like $ERII as a self contained proxy for water, OPEC oil revs, and hedged for USD deval...rolled into 1. Competitive forces are high, fwiw

It does not surprise me that $PHO is on par with $SPY YTD ...Certainly don't mistake that ETF for the same as pure play equity.
