Jeopardizing your core business/employees welfare/shareholder assets. It seems more like a midlife crisis or a person new to speculation that has gotten caught up in the moment. @ActiasLuna he could have set up a side company and speculated in that. It’s called a hedge fund. Very easy. Wrapping up speculation in an operating company is fatal and disqualifies him from being a ceo. In addition, the board will eventually be sued
