$ROKU Brands planning budgets for CTV remain skeptical on YouTube, preferring to allocate investment in legit services. Pulling YouTube from the Roku platform will validate any doubt that brands should go elsewhere with their ad dollars, at which point Google will have no choice but to throw in the towel. Try explaining the loss of 60 million households to the likes of Lexus, Coca Cola, P&G, Apple, etc.

@RokuInvestor @DaktoCoop Great point, also the streaming services who have been using YouTube to promote their offerings. They want access to the 56.4+ million Active Accounts. Also, anecdotally, ordered Roku Streambar with deal promoted on Roku Home Screen. $87 and shipped to east coast super quick. The 4 buttons on my remote: Apple TV+, Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu.
