$CLIS The 10Q (quarterly report) might be filed with the SEC at end of day today. It’s due this SUN 5/15, but since (I believe) filing doesn’t occur on weekends, today is the last day for the Q to be filed on a timely basis. Hopefully CLIS will turn over a new leaf and be timely. 🤞🏻
