$MYO everyone needs to understand that the company can say whatever price they want for the offering, but no one is willing to pay for that when the price is already below that. There are currently a little over 500k shares outstanding and they plan to increase that by 400%. Simple math says the SP can't maintain this because the company's valuation doesn't multiply like that overnight. They have never made money and they don't have a clear path to profitability, please read the "Risk" section of their last SEC filing. I wouldn't want my money anywhere near this company.
