$TUEM Do you know there is much less risk today than before the 10-q came out? The CFO leaving even with a new separation agreement had me a bit ill as I wasn't sure if things had fallen apart that much that she would leave. The filing shows all is on track according to plan. She was comped at $1.125m/year which is very pricey. My speculation, but plans changed and she was negotiated out. No mention of her in the Q. Once the BK accounting is complete, they can cut back on the professional fees ($3m last quarter), bring the compensation down in this area. They announced her leaving at the end of Q1 so any of the severance or payoff costs would have hit the quarter and not going forward. Smart!
