$MMAT MMTLP could turn into a tulip, it’s a speculative investment on an unknown dividend with and an unknown payout date. The potential runup is therefore completely based on how much money is thrown at it. This is ultimately a gambling play which has nothing to do with $MMAT or even the dividend itself, it’s just a game started by market makers to cover their MMAT-A short positions and get people to sell their real MMAT-A shares and replace them with fake synthetic MMTLP shares. I think that the price of MMTLP will essentially have little to no direct effect on $MMAT, although people may reinvest their winnings in this stock.
