$GPAQ I've got a call/email into GP for clarification. We've all seen the attached paragraph a million times. There was initial confusion about 5pm last Friday and what that meant but I think we cleared that up finally as well. Here's the next point of confusion and why I want clarification from the horse's mouth. I highlighted the term in question. While I wait for them to respond, I'm curious what you all think. When is "the completion of business combination?" My thought always was that when the vote was taken, passed, paperwork finalized and filed with the SEC and then finally upon the ticker change, that indicated the finalization of the business combination. I've talked with some people who believe that the business combination finalizes at the Yes vote. That's a HUGE difference! My goal was to watch the warrants/shares tomorrow and sell some warrants and buy shares before close of trading tomorrow in case the ticker changed overnight. Now I'm not sure. THoughts?
