$SPY Federal judge just ruled PA Governor shutdown orders from Covid were unconstitutional. Fascinating. PA, like many states, claims sovereign immunity in civil cases. Therefore, suing states like PA is useless because you wont be able to collect damages awarded from any court. But unconstitutional rules imposed by a governor? Would be interesting to see if the state would be denied the sovereign immunity defense in that situation. Maybe I'll file something against Wolf and find out. I need to look at PA cause of action in the state statutes. ๐Ÿ˜
