$IBIO A drawn-out court battle involving one of Delaware's leading research institutions could end up costing its German parent company more than $300 million. The biotech company iBio this month raised the stakes in its four-year legal war against Fraunhofer CMB by filing a new lawsuit against the Fraunhofer Society, the largest applied research organization in Europe. The suit alleges executives at the German nonprofit conspired to defraud its former partner and make off with its trade secrets. The court filing values the intellectual property at more than $100 million and seeks triple that amount in damages. I had wondered how much they were asking for...$300M is worth a little wait I guess.
