@Munchlax Short Volume represents the total amount of shares that were sold today, either by fed up bag holders, day traders, or short sellers. Short Interest will show you who is actually selling shares on margin and holding a Short Position. High interest = High squeeze. All this chart shows is that more people Sold than Bought today, hence the price action.
@Munchlax here you can see that institutions own 15% and there is a 7% short float (interest). Idk if they‘re hedging it but it’s an almost 50% difference and it’s been slowly growing ever since the leak out agreement. I’ve checked with multiple brokerages an none of them have shares to borrow for this ticker for retail.
