$CCXI Another point I would like to make on the statistics. As been stated, Japan and the United States FDA have concurred on drugs 91.3% of the time. However, there are many instances where deficiency letters are sent out 2 weeks before initiating a crl. The company would be required to immediately notify shareholders of that was the case. So clearly since 2003, I would have to assume a certain % of those companies received deficiency letters. Based on that not occurring here, we must be closer to 94%-95% chance of approval. And I cannot stress enough, there are no other drugs coming to market for another 6 years in this category. Good luck all!!
