$ACB Partner news (the only near term alleviation to Aurora's cash/debt problem) is the only thing that will get this out of the hold it's in. $3.3 billion in Goodwill and 70% of assets are intangibles, the write-down is coming in the ballpark of just shy of $1 billion. To understand the effect of a writedown consult the KraftHeinz chart from a couple years back. Aurora selling assets for cash leads me to believe they don't have a partnership coming in the immediate future. Mix in a Q2 debt/equity raise and you begin to see why the stockprice is going to hell in a handbasket. Stick with cash rich co.'s in the sector, one's that don't have $3.5 billion overvalued buyout on their books
