$XXII are we at the bottom of the market? We might be... Or very close to it anyway . Since this all began the market fell 35% from the top to the bottom. And has regained about a 5% of that to be down 30%. When you look at all of history for the last century the worst markets have been down 50% top to bottom. What really drives that extra though is whether that issue is going to be longer term or not. There is a lot happening right now with closures and layoffs and countries in quarantine. And there is a lot happening with trying to get funding to those who will need it and be most impacted by that. I think the market has priced all of this in for the most part. The market is still very wobbly and up and down but it seems to be stabilizing at this 30 to 35% level. Weather the market falls more is going to be dependent on whether this proves to be a longer-term issue. Personally I do not think it will be. China seems to be an example of that with some recovery now.
