@mrmsnurd Some thoughts... 1. I think fundamentals are very important, but aren't easily actionable, especially on the timeframes most look at. Also remember a long term downtrend in prices driven by fundamentals will still give massive volatility along the way... That's been the case with gas. Trading technicals on the othe hand is very actionable and objective at EVERY moment in time. There's no hiding from price. Ultimately, that's what pays for your car, house, schools. Everyone trades technicals? Hardly. Some do and of those who do, many still struggle. Commodities are a little more involved due to the cyclical nature of price. Overall though, trading 100% technicals does work, as Ive been pretty successful at demonstrating it here over the last year or so. (cont'd)
