$SPY I'm gonna guess that statistically there will always be more people who see the glass as half empty. That would make sense because media caters to the larger subgroups. Bad news and gloomy scenarios sell, and generates revenues, because it's acceptable to a greater proportion of us hoomans. That's just plain marketing. But don't get sucked in,... half-empty folk tend to live shorter and unhappier lives and are often the underachievers - because it just can't be done, right? Besides, what's the point in creating anything when the world is gonna end on Wednesday anyway. Look around, they tend to congregate on social media because misery loves company. By extension, they become the media's mouthpiece. Social media is media after all - and bad news get amplified. Respect to the military and all who served so that we may all continue to push the boundaries. Have a great long weekend. It's a great time to be alive and extra time to study. washingtonpost.com/lifestyl...
