$TSLA as a a happy Tesla investor, but a disappointed Tesla car owner, I was charged $8,700 for an FSD software upgrade without my consent and a “customer service” unwilling to help or admit any wrongdoing on Tesla’s behalf. I will not allow this charge to stand with or without Tesla’s help. If this is what the company resorts to, to increase its “profits”ahead of quarterly reports, it’s fraudulent and wrong in every way.
