$MARK For all wavering on this stock, I’ve been on the fence for well over a week on $MARK — I’ve considered dumping this for a variety of emotional reasons. Primarily that it’s remained consistently flat. Even tho my position is $2.15, I would still make a *minuscule* profit at anything above that — BUT better yet — I would FREE UP MY CAPITAL tied in to this. And thus have those funds ready for deployment elsewhere. That said, I’m holding for these 🔑 reasons: 1) market cap is only $250 million, company just signed a $50 million deal. Stock is valued at just 5x the value of this one deal alone. 2) CEO stated on last earnings call that they are closing 2 big deals per week. 3) Considering the enormous potential for its thermal tech, this $50 million deal is just the tip of the iceberg; thus, making $MARK a discount entry opportunity at current levels. 4) DCF $7 to $10 share and that doesn’t even take into account its stake in Sharecare. • @EstimatedProfit you can’t just say he “lies” off of “contracts” and “partnerships” and then just post meme of a photoshopped Shing. And then move with no substance or proof like you’re “woke”. That is an extremely weak and and soy move in my eyes. That said, perhaps you know something I do not. And perhaps I am wrong. I am all ears... Would you care to expand on these lies, false partnerships, contracts, etc for me? I would genuinely love to hear if you have insight. If not, kindly piss off
  • @EstimatedProfit sorry sonny, I’m not your father. 1) I stopped taking you seriously after the PopID article from NYT you posted and comparing it to KanKan/Remark, and that being your lead argument to why you think $MARK is going south. You think this industry is questionable at best. THE INDUSTRY. From here, I no longer consider you an adult but a young mind. 2) You’re pathetic efforts at a photoshop meme of shing were also lost as an argument, and most people I would think give that one look and know you’re nothing but a weasel who probably has no children and well into his 30s. There’s no arguing why. 3) I hope you can use and direct your energy in more positive ways! You have potential to be great, but I encourage you to remain positive and try to help others around you as opposed to your current behavior. Happy hunting, ~Papi Axelrod
  • @PapiAxelrod @EstimatedProfit also, I would add that taking a 2 or 3 yr contract in the most optimistic of scenarios and multiplying by 5 to work out value today is insane. Other than a 5 multiple is a completely random guess, you would have to divide that contract by the number of years it will be executed over and then think about the appropriate multiple. In other words, even if we used your multiple that contract would still be worth 1/3 to 1/2 of your estimate.
  • @jamesfrank1122 @EstimatedProfit totally agreed. It’s a nice starting point in my opinion and nothing more. Look, I’m as unsure of this CEO as anybody but I have to believe that from what I know on the company/my boots on the ground/their tech/their initial proven contracts/and their infrastructure, this stands to be a $5 stock by end of 3Q. My opinion. Bullish
  • @DrStocksss @EstimatedProfit Dr stocks, My guess is we have male, in his mid to late 20s, possibly 30s. Who isn’t very successful and has no girlfriend or opposite sex partner — probably for years. His erratic and disrespectful tone on this platform sort of compliment this predisposition. He has some decent talent (see meme photoshop of shing in his second post) and his effort in trying to argue — albeit, with zero foundation or proof to support. But I think this sort of fellow needs positivity. Don’t you agree? Keep trying hard @EstimatedProfit but keep your direction in a way that will help people around you! Not bring them down. Happy hunting, ~Axe
  • @PapiAxelrod @EstimatedProfit you are. Start with reading the 10k carefully. How you think a $250 mill market cap is small off trailing rev of $5 mill in 2019 is comical. In fact, it just doubled because of the 100$ dilution over Q3. GL with anything reported out of China. The $50 mill contract was with China Mobile and unrelated to Thermal. It was also signed last August, so it's hardly new. A phase 2 contract was announced recently, but it would be nice to actually see some phases 1 rev first. Don't get emotional with stocks. Never. It's a trade, not an investment. The CEO is not investable. It didn't drop to $.25 from a high of $15.10 because he knows what he's doing. He got lucky with the pandemic and Sharecare. And the game ain't over. Both are TBD.
