$PROG Change usually only happens when the pain of not changing outweighs the pain of changing. That IMO is why the CEO left, and why this stock was driven down. The pain of the board and company staying at this level is much greater than the pain of change and selling in a buyout. That statement would not be true if the CEO was still there , the prices was above $4, and they didn't just cut many jobs. With all that negative, who was the only one buying?? hmmm, the one who now owns 60%. There is a method to the madness.
