Here is the top of my data file. Essentially, I’ve been gathering data from a couple sources, plotting open/close prices and looking for anything interesting. The percentages in yellow represent the % of the total day’s volume per brokers that was included in Finras daily volume reports. Finras Dara primarily comes from NASDAQ and NYSE. The majority of days, the percentage reported to FINRA accounted for 55/75% of total daily volume. Thus, the remainder is volume through other exchanges (EDGX, ARCA, etc). Including today, there have been 8 total days where the percentage was 42 or below. Those dates are interesting. Here are the first 3 days of trading, when the price was driven down to trigger additional converted shares and max initial B warrants.
