$RDBX so @Dww0311 is telling me that if I as retail buy shares on the open market and they just so happen to be synthetic I don’t get voting rights. Does this sound like BS to anyone else ?
@HTM13 The only shares which get to vote are the ones the company has on its books. Just how it is. That said, the never floated on the market / you can't buy them Class B shares outnumber you better than 2 to 1 already.
