@Ivannapumpet In your call did Thomas say anything about why there’s a delay? Is it pushback by the SEC? Makes no sense that Tilman would say he was looking forward to it trading in October if it’s going to be after the election. Makes it sound like Sec had a problem with something...

@RoaringTwenties he said it was delayed bc of the SEC responses back and forth. Tbh I’m just a retail Investor So the fact that I was able to speak to him for about 10 min I was surprised. But I mean I am not lying.

  • @Ivannapumpet no I don’t doubt it. That’s disappointing though. I bought warrants at $6 right before the big sell off thinking that the merger was going to be end of Q3. Now it’s not even their end of Q3/early Q4 estimate. I was hoping this would finalize before the election too. Lca has been a huge letdown thus far

  • @Ivannapumpet Yeah me too. I honestly didn’t see the fallout coming at all and had averaged up so when the dip occurred I didn’t really have much left to put in. I’m fine with waiting but Tilman has kind of given me a bad vibe. I’m likely going to try to recoup what I can but DMYT seems like a better gambling play to me. Tilman just has too much going on elsewhere to where GNOG isn’t a priority.
  • @Ivannapumpet lol. I feel for you man. I’m in the same boat I went too hard into this and now I’m paying for it. I was optimistic over the weekend as I thought we would get news for sure this week. The lack of progression just reflects poorly on the MT. I think Sept #s will be a positive development but I can’t imagine there being any kind of sustainable run until the merger vote announcement. So I feel like positive gaming numbers will be quickly sold off this week. I like the company but the lack of cash and abundance of debt will make it hard to market as hard as the bigger players in new states. Tilman is kind of ruining a great product/brand by layering it with debt. I looked at GAN but the growth just isn’t there for me.
