$LMPX One thing I noticed while looking at the shareholder update: globenewswire.com/news-rele... The White Plains acquisition cost LMP about $8 M. It was $5 M cash, $1.3 M cash from debt facility, and $1.76 M in common stock. White Plains's books were audited for 2020 and revenue was about $100 M. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data... This means that LMP could acquire $100 M in revenue EVERY SINGLE QUARTER with their free cash flow. Talk about optionality. I'm sure Sam is trying to get this financing done to grow even faster, but WTF. This really puts things into perspective.
