$PYR someone help me out here…regarding the disposition of the relatively small number of shares by PPP…my question is why sell shares now? There are tons of reasons why someone would sell shares but it doesn’t seem reasonable to sell shares now if good news was forthcoming because the stock price would increase and more money would be made on the sale. My question for you all is regarding PPP’s ownership…if I am reading the Early Warning Report correctly it appears that (including options) the disposition of the 765,000 shares reduces PPP’s total possible ownership percentage from slightly above 50% to slightly below 50%. Is this significant in any way? Do large institutional investors care if one person has the potential to carry a vote by the weight of their shares alone?
