My morning routine, wake up at 6:30 am 30 mins brain exercise via lumosity, then charts and morning game plan with my team . - then 4 shits of 50 push ups 4 sets of 50 crunches 4 sets of reverse crunches, 3 sets of 15 of ab wheel roll out . then 15 min run with puppy then back with team for open and trading. $SPY
