, lol dude is an idiot. They have very little debt and just got an influx of $400m cash from the SPAC raise. Their new balance sheet doesn’t reflect that yet because they can’t record it until Q3.
1.) they are EBITDA positive
2.) majority of net losses are from one-time costs from SPAC/going public and integration of new acquisitions
3.) who the hell looks at net income/losses for small cap growth companies.
Please don’t embarrass yourself and actually go through the ER call transcript next time.
