$FLES So I'm re-reading the analyst report that Litchfield Hills Research put out last month (with a $20 PT) and am noticing a large discrepancy in their outstanding shares figure (~5.3m) vs. what is being reported on OTCMarkets (~1.35m). Can anyone shed some light on this? It doesn't look like there was a R/S unless I'm missing it.

@oldspacs If you read through the report they are using the same accounting the company did on the 10Q. I don't understand it all, but the preferred C shares that are owned by insiders, can convert to commons at some future date. They calculate the PPS based on if those shares were already diluted into the float. I hope that makes sense.
