@KLB523 Well, a/o 9/30, they sold 100% of their common and owned $18M face. Looking on Bloomberg, still waiting for for 12/30 data to hit - they have until ;5-days after 12/30 to file. Unless you’re seeing something filed today, we still don’t know if they converted 10/30 ($7M) or 11/13 ($30M).
