$UBER Institutional/Bank buys are positive for a bounce, but I wouldn't put too much thought in that about LT thesis considering that institutions took bad positions pre-IPO and took bad positions all year -- UBER institutional ownership as of right now sits at about 37%. BlackRock and Goldman are very underwater on this and before somebody pulls out a crystal ball and suggests that this means it's definitely going to hit bank PTs -- BlackRock lost about 90 billion last year on bad positions on energy and Goldman's also taken some terrible positions recently. You've seen a lot of stock collapses lately that have high institutional ownership and know also that all of their positions are hedged and retail is not.
