A marketing push is set to commence in January, along with several new SKU's hitting store shelves. New offerings are said to "blow some minds," according to Galletti. Creative Director & daughter of CEO Sarah Galletti acknowledged the company's plant-based pepperoni is a proprietary blend made in-house & plans to add additional plant-based meats to new products.
