In order to become good at anything, you need put in the reps. A few months experience is a start, but you’ll need far more than that if you really want to succeed at this game. I was talking with Mark Minervini, one of the best traders in the world, having generated +33,500% in only 5 years. He equated becoming a world class trader to being an olympic athlete. You’re up against the best in the world! Now you might say “but Mike, I just want to make a decent living or a side income out of trading.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Alright fine. But given what we know so far, doesn’t it make sense that you’d need consistent practice in one style of trading for a while to make it work? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I think it’s okay to try out many different styles in the beginning & see what you like. But once you find the one that suits you, you’ll need to go deep. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It took me over a decade to learn this lesson and I learned it the long, hard, and expensive way. Don’t let that be you!
