$SPY We are reaching the upper trend line with this surge in liquidity from the Fed. Why is there a clear trendline at this level? Who knows, but I believe we are either about to have an incredible liquidity surge, or they are going to reduce liquidity. I know that because trendlines work on any chart. Why would they reduce liquidity you ask? Why not just keep pumping forever? One word - inflation. Too many dollars risking to move from the financial economy to the real economy. Inflation is scary because once started it’s a bit like a brush fire. The Fed knows that and is now stuck in a bind.
