$CCIV you hit the nail. This is exactly my thought, not understanding where people are getting the logic of mkt valuation. If it was IPO, it would have been $80.
The PIPE arrangements are the payment terms between $CCIV and Lucid. Our $ price is still matter with only one factor what Lucid bring to the table and that is the competition to $TSLA
