$ACST I am pretty confident Jan & the team are looking to structure the company to make it attractive for a buyout by a big US Pharma. Do you really think they (ACST) want to handle sales themselves in the USA starting from scratch when there are dozens of existing pharma/distributors that can do the job right away with skilled reps? Jan keeps repeating she will sign deals in Asia and other markets except the USA, where she prefers having her own team. I think she knows very well that if she signs a distribution agreement in the USA , she won't be as attractive for big pharma, hence her current excuse that she prefers handling sales internally for the USA (while she will secretly be waiting for a buyout offer) Remind you Acasti is a Canadian company, it doesn't make much sense to start a sales team from nothing in the USA... Any thoughts?
