$AMC I haven't had information about being able to vote from the UK either...??? How did we get this ... I guess we need a share certificate number to be issued to us. I will contact Trader 212 to find out

@Robcfc63 you don't own the shares through Trading 212, they hold them on their own interactive brokers account in their name. You also have no choice but to lend out your shares too, if you don't accept you have to leave the platform.
