There are a few ways I think it could go: 1. An unnamed buyer has been found for all or part of the company. They are in negotiation. 2. A tier 1 automotive or tech company is partnering with MVIS to produce automotive lidar (with production number details) 3. The contract with their AR client (Microsoft) has been revised to greatly impact revenues going forward (with number details) I don't see why they would have pushed the ER forward and then announced this today if it wasn't something large. Sharma has stated many times that he is interested in maximizing profits for shareholders. This was his way of giving them warning that something big is coming tomorrow. This is how the guy operates.
