$AGRX - I've heard this question- if odds of Twirla being approved is +80% why aren't big institutions buying? Two reasons - (1) many large institutions do not buy on speculation and wait until AFTER an event when the risk level is lower as you have seen many times after earnings, approvals, trial success, etc and (2) let's assume a large institution wants to invest $10m - based on the last 5 days average volume of 2m shares they can not purchase w/o bumping share price by about $1 (up to $4) and if they want to take profit it will drop by about $1 (down to $3) so they need to wait on major events with high volume. This is especially true on micro cap companies like AGRX. Anyone can give other reasons?
