$BHC reposting for discussion. This gives a good summary of the block trade action in recent months. The examples in the link point to two things imo. 1. The price of the larger block trade volume act as a support level. 2. There is a lag between the block trades and the directional move of the stock. I see about 2-3 months which could line up with quarterly disclosure requirements of institutional investors. I haven't seen any notices of institutional holding changes in Q2 yet that would explain the block trade volume for BHC. Thoughts?
$BHC as seeing repeat and unusual activity via the Block Trade Market since April 2020. This bodes well for a large directional move in the coming weeks and months. How to interpret the attached chart: traderlion.com/tl-moneyflow...

@UnderWater1 As far as I know, 13F is to indicate change in ownership so presumably someone could be buying and selling with no net change, but you don't often see institutionals being involved in that type of trading behavior

@Douglas06 Well Douglas have a look at this. Interesting. * $BHC Glenview Files 13D on Bausch Health, reports 5.9% Stake Schedule 13D is an SEC filing that must be submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission within 10 days by anyone who acquires beneficial ownership of more than 5% of any class of publicly traded securities in a public company.
