Here's a Friday update to my mREIT cheat sheet. There's a new column with this edition. The non-GAAP EPS values are mostly from Q1. Only $NRZ $ORC KREF and $ARR have been updated for Q2. Sheet Reading Guide(in general Blue>Green>Yellow>Red): P/BV: Price-to-Book Value Ratio P/ABV: Price-to-Adjusted-Book Value Ratio(I take the history of the P/BV in the past 5 years and weight them accordingly. For example, if a stock has traded at a 20% premium to book value in the past 5 years, that would be reflected in this ratio.) RSI: 14 Day Relative Strength Index Div Yield: Forward Annual Dividend Yield Non-GAAP EPS: Earnings per Share for the most recent quarter. Green means dividends are covered. Yellow means they are not. Red means negative EPS. One quarter of earnings isn't that helpful. Do you guys think I should use a TTM EPS instead? Please let me know if my data is incorrect. I'm trying to update this sheet everyday to provide you guys with easy access to important information. $IVR

@RichPJTraderShay I know "past performance Is no guarantee of future results", but I do not like how they have performed the past 7 years. There is a possibility that they could turn around, but I'm not buying $ORC unless there is a good discount to book value.
