$NAK some of the bulls keep talking about "the science" is on the side of Pebble (odd when anti-scientists quote scientists when they think its to their profit ... but ignore them otherwise), but here's some science to ponder. Some scientists aver there are millions of asteroids orbiting Earth, and many of them are comprised of high percentages of valuable/precious metals (richer ore, by far, than Pebble). From an economic/financial perspective, I'll bet it's more likely that SpaceX can go fetch-home a valuable asteroid FATSTER and CHEAPER than this company can mine the first ounce of gold from Pebble. If I thought it wise to be THAT long (7+ years) in the face of the impending market crash (oh, yes, it's coming, don't kid yourselves), I'd be first putting my money in space-exploration companies rather than long-shots in the Alaskan wilds. To each his own; good luck to all, Monday, whichever way it goes!

@Trumpstank $10,000 per pound to put something into space... that’d have to mean huge chunks of gold are just sitting on these asteroids and can be taken off with basically no cost. are you insane!?
