Honestly, I don't believe so. I was hoping for mid .70's before CV, and if the market keeps digging its way out it's still a possibility, but a dollar is stretching it.
The merger speculation news mixed with excitement pushed this to $1.05. Now we know what to expect, so I don't believe the stock has that push behind it now.
This vote is mixed with good news (merger approval) and bad news (RS/increased shares). How will investors perceive the news?
Here's a glimpse into the past of how the market perceived the news of the approved 2019 RS. The RS followed 10 days later.
Of course this time there is an upside with the approval of the merger so there's no guarantee the market will react the same. There's even the possibility of counteracting positive news. I'm almost positive Timber will be ready with their pump news once the company is in their complete control. Volatility ahead!
