As someone who is long $MAXD, it doesn't really bother me if the CEO filed for bankruptcy, the business mailing address is a UPS store, and if the CEO was the only person working at the company; if he has a valuable patent that was truly infringed upon, that means something to me. Just look at Nikola Tesla, who had many valuable patents and couldn't afford his rent! But I do want to know if it is true that the case is closed and in favor of Google, as I've read on this board...can anyone provide proof of this? Lawyer friends, can you provide some insight on this case? (My own cursory overview has only led me to frustration, as I am terrible at interpreting these documents.) Thank you!
