$EROS India's stock exchanges extended the deadline for the March 31st quarterly / annual results to July 31st, which is the same day the SEC normally requires foreign filers to submit their 20-F annual report for companies that end their fiscal year on March 31st (most Indian companies). The SEC provided some relief but it was for deadlines between April and June, so it doesn't look like it applies to companies like EROS that are always due on July 31st. The Indian stock exchanges also shortened the required public notice from 5 days to 2 days for board meetings to certify financial results. Perhaps management has it setup for both the Indian subsidiary and US parent company (EROS) to submit their annual reports to the NSE/BSE and SEC this week. economictimes.indiatimes.co... bseindia.com/downloads/whts...
