$TEVA Chloroquine was sold in Africa for decades and generic costs peanuts , I mean well sub-$1. Considered effective and cheap against malaria until some resistance issues developed. Advice is buy the news, but not fundamentals. They can repackage it and throw the phar-marketing machine at it to push pricier options but globally dirt cheap alternatives will be made for 10cents. If indeed Choroq’s impact is material, expect big pharma to push doubt into peaple’s minds. The fact it’s so cheap will indeed be enough to convince some in the West that the $100+ is likely better 😂!
