$VFF EMH has around 5M cash on hand and VFF has around 28M (according to Raymond James). EMH owes PSF 7M of price deficiency obligations in Q3. They also defaulted on 5.94M to PSF for D2. That puts them under water by 7.94M. Then another price deficiency obligation in Q4 and another default on the next monthly D2 installment. If our ownership doesn't go up, we get paid. If we don't get paid, we get ownership. It's a win win.
