$TGGI not saying the merger is completed yet, but just keep this in mind in regards to timeline as to when ren has to send the super 8k to the sec. It is within 5 days of when the business combination transaction (merger) is completed. we still have not got the form 3's for employee info that could come before, or with the super 8k also could possibly see another 8k in regards to the share structure before super 8k is released, so keep that in mind but the shell label coming off is huge and again they continue to spend money to do audits on the tggi shell spent money to set up the holding companies in order to facilitate the transfer of funds and assets from china to US shores hired an M&A specialist to be the proxy prez of tggi all signs pointing to a merger :) GLTA
