$XOM I have been investing for 58 years. I would like to share one of the best opportunities I have ever come across. San Juan Basin Royalty Trust distributes it's profits from natural gas every month. The last distribution was .083. The stock is $10 so this represents a 10% current yield. The distribution was down from .12 the month before due to lower production because of weather and 28 days in February. The next distribution next week should be higher due to higher production because of 31 days in March and higher prices. Gas went from $4.43 in February to $5 in March. I expect .12-.15. Gas averaged $6.68 in April and is averaging close to $8 in May. This should lead to exponential increases in the distributions in June-July, perhaps to.20.24, yielding 20% +. There is an article on the SJT board that predicts gas will go to $16 this year. If that happens the distributions could go to .40-.50 and yield 50%.
