$ACHV After a cancer drug failed in 2007 SNUS stock collapsed to .28 and they halted research and laid off most of the workforce. SNUS held onto it's listing by implementing a reverse stock split. In 2008 Sonus merged with a Canaidan biotech OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and after a 1/18 reverse split and began trading under the ticker OGXI Aug 2017 Achieve Life Sciences merged with OGXI and became ACHV a smoking cessation company and another 1 for 11 RS. May 2018 they had another 1 for 10 reverse split. Jesus! I'm exhausted! Maybe I'll finish tomorrow! lol You're welcome! From what I can find ACHV is a mess of Stock Issuance's, Reverse Splits, Reverse Mergers and Law Suites. I'm sure there's something I missed but I seriously doubt we'll see anything from this Smoking Cessation they've been claiming for so long. Read this. I did it the hard way and didn't find this until later. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data...
